Regional Director of Business Development

Join St. Croix Hospice as a Regional Director of Business Development and guide patients and families through the end-of-life journey with compassionate care. In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing business development programs, establishing relationships with customers and referral sources, and negotiating service contracts.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or healthcare related field
• At least one (1) to three (3) years experience in health care business development management, preferably in hospice care operations
• Demonstrated ability to supervise and direct professional and administrative personnel
• Ability to aggressively grow business and deal tactfully with customers and the community
• Knowledge of corporate business management
• Demonstrates good communications skills, negotiation skills, and public relations skills
• Ability to pass DHS background study
