Stackline is seeking an Account Manager, Strategic Insights to join their team. The role involves leading client calls, synthesizing performance trends, and delivering high-quality client-facing materials. The ideal candidate will have a background in ecommerce, retail analytics, consulting, or a client-facing analytics role, with 3-4 years of experience.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, the Liberal Arts, or a related field
  • 3–4 years of experience in ecommerce, retail analytics, consulting, or a client-facing analytics role
  • Exceptional communication skills — written, verbal, and visual — with a demonstrated ability to build trust with clients and stakeholders
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; you know how to make data compelling, not just accurate
  • Proven ability to synthesize large, complex datasets into clear, confident recommendations
  • Hands-on experience with AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, or similar) as a genuine accelerant to your work
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple client workstreams simultaneously without dropping the ball
  • Ability to thrive in ambiguity, move fast, and have innate curiosity
