Digital Marketing Manager

Role Overview

As a Digital Marketing Manager, you will develop data-driven digital marketing and performance strategies for the OTC brand portfolio of STADA Consumer Healthcare. You will design and optimize digital campaigns across relevant channels and present results internally.

What You Will Do

Your responsibilities will include developing data-driven digital marketing and performance strategies, designing and optimizing digital campaigns, coordinating external agencies, and analyzing media, brand, and business KPIs.

Requirements

• Degree in business administration with a focus on marketing or a comparable qualification
• At least 5 years of professional experience in digital marketing
• Solid knowledge of digital marketing channels, media planning, performance marketing, and KPIs
• Experience in using AI tools for marketing processes and an interest in AI and GEO applications
• Good understanding of SEO, website optimization, user experience, and customer journeys
• Proficiency in analytics and marketing technologies (e.g., Google Analytics 4, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager)
• Experience in managing external agencies and independently implementing complex projects
• Strong analytical and conceptual skills and understanding of marketing effectiveness
• Initiative, creativity, and a passion for innovation
• Excellent project management and communication skills
• Good German and English language skills, both written and spoken
