Senior Salesforce Developer

Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior Developer to configure and develop Salesforce solutions, with a focus on transitioning data models and supporting platform architecture.

What You Will Do

Configure and develop Salesforce solutions to support the migration from managed package objects to a custom or industry-specific data model, design and build solutions within Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, and troubleshoot and resolve configuration and integration issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in Salesforce development and configuration, or related experience
• Proven experience working with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
• Experience with Omnistudio tools, including Omniscripts, Data Mappers, Integration Procedures, and Flex Cards
• Apex development experience is an advantage
• Strong understanding of Salesforce data modelling and platform architecture principles
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex configuration and integration issues
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for collaborating with technical and business stakeholders
• Strong attention to detail, particularly when working with data migration and system configuration
