Staffbase is seeking a Frontend Solutions Engineer to join their Customer Care team. The role will involve translating customer needs into scalable, high-quality platform solutions, and will require expertise in UI/UX, frontend development, and SaaS consulting.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in frontend development, web design, technical consulting, professional services, or equivalent hands-on SaaS experience
- Degree in Visual Communication, Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Web Engineering, or comparable practical background
- Proven experience working with enterprise customers and cross-functional teams
- Track record of contributing to or leading complex, deadline-driven technical projects
- Strong command of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript, with hands-on experience in React and modern frontend ecosystems
- Business-fluent German and English communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to diverse audiences
