Frontend Solutions Engineer

Staffbase is seeking a Frontend Solutions Engineer to join its growing Customer Care team. The successful candidate will have expertise in UI/UX, frontend development, and SaaS consulting, and will be responsible for driving customer adoption, product usage, and long-term success.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in frontend development, web design, technical consulting, professional services, or equivalent hands-on SaaS experience
• Degree in Visual Communication, Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Web Engineering, or comparable practical background
• Proven experience working with enterprise customers and cross-functional teams including Sales, Customer Success, Consultants, and System Integrators
• Track record of contributing to or leading complex, deadline-driven technical projects
• Strategic and execution-focused, able to translate vision into impactful results while thriving in fast-paced SaaS environments with shifting priorities
