Role Overview

Join a team of finance professionals to support finance decisions within one or more of the Stake Center business segments. Provide strategic insights, conduct in-depth analysis, and drive data-driven decision-making to support the organization’s operations and financial goals.

What You Will Do

Perform variance analysis of P&L, Balance Sheet and Working Capital, create MD&A narratives around key metrics for financial reporting, deliver financial reporting to 3rd parties, and drive productivity & profitability through weekly reporting.

The candidate must possess strong analytical skills and sound business judgment, with relevant experience in FP&A, financial modeling, and scenario modeling.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting
  • 3-5 years of experience in financial analysis, planning and/or accounting
  • Relevant experience in FP&A
  • Worked with detailed financial modeling and scenario modeling
  • Experience in creating financial tools used for analysis
  • Strong communication skills to present complex analysis with clarity
  • Ability to understand accounting and financial processes related to the business
  • Basic knowledge of US GAA, Sarbanes-Oxley and Internal controls
  • Good oral and written communication
  • Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Experience with data visualization software; Tableau/Power BI
