Role Overview

The Sales Operations Analyst serves as a key business partner to the Business Aviation Sales organization, providing data-driven analysis, process optimization, systems support, and cross-functional collaboration.

What You Will Do

Develop and present data models, manage and execute various reporting measures, process and/or create automated analytical systems, and provide actionable insights across sales pipelines, product lines, shop capacity, markets, territories, sales effectiveness, and business trends.

Requirements

  • Proficiency with computer programming language(s): SQL, APEX, Java, Python, HTML, and/or CSS
  • High-level Microsoft Excel proficiency (formulas, pivot tables, reporting, data input, etc.)
  • Experience supporting national and/or global sales operations
  • Experience implementing Salesforce CRM enhancements and automations
  • Demonstrated customer service skills through prior relevant experience
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent
