The Business Development Manager – SME BIL will meet business objectives, conduct customer-focused need-based selling, deepen customer relationships, and maximize penetration. They will also achieve personal sales targets, segment focus, and customer-focused needs-based selling. The role requires a graduate degree, sales experience in retail banking, and certifications such as AMFI and IRDA.
Requirements

- Conduct CDD, MLP & TCF diligently
- Zero tolerance – Fraud, Mis-selling
