The Business Development Manager – SME BIL will meet business objectives, deepen customer relationships, and maximize penetration in the Retail Banking Industry, specifically in Home Loans, Wealth, and Savings Accounts. The role requires a graduate with at least 1 year of sales experience in the industry and certifications such as AMFI, IRDA.

- Meet business objectives initiated by the respective country Business Clients business
- Customer focused need-based selling
- Deepen customer relationship and maximize penetration
- Conduct CDD, MLP & TCF diligently
- Attend training, acquire knowledge and apply to job function
- Adhere to all policies, guidelines and procedures, comply with local regulatory requirements
