Business Development Manager – SME BIL job summary: achieving personal sales target, segment focus, customer focussed needs-based selling, acquiring new HVS customer relationship, fulfilling needs with respect to Assets, Liabilities, Insurance and Investment for such customers as mandated by the Bank, deepening these relationships by cross-selling various products.
Requirements
- Graduate or MBA degree
- At least 1 year of sales experience in Retail Banking Industry
- AMFI, IRDA certification
- Good knowledge of selected market and customer segments
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Strong inter-personal skills
- Extensive sales experience (2 to 5 years)
- Sales focused and highly target oriented
- Able to pick up new concepts quickly
- Able and excited about going out to meet new customers
- Competitive awareness & benchmarking
- Excellent communication, interpersonal & relationship building skills
