Business Data Analyst position at Starfish Family Services, leveraging expertise in processes, systems, and data management to support achievement of the agency’s vision, mission values and business plan.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical field related to data
- Three years of experience in data analysis and support
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, including PowerQuery, VBA, PowerAutomate, etc.
- Proficient in MS Power BI
- Data profiling and data quality expertise
- Experience with programming languages: SQL, R, or Python preferred
- Knowledge of data modeling, querying, schema design and data integration
- Knowledge of quantitative analysis techniques such as regression analysis, clustering, etc.
- Knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, etc.)
- Familiarity with data governance concepts
- Experience with human services nonprofit systems and processes preferred
- Valid driver’s license and / or reliable transportation
