Growth Marketer (Funnel & CRO)

Role Overview

We are looking for a Growth Marketer who will take over the entire funnel and systematically ensure that more visitors become more customers and more sales.

What You Will Do

You will analyze our funnel, find conversion leaks, develop hypotheses, and systematically conduct experiments to improve conversion rate, revenue per visitor, revenue, AOV, CAC/contribution margin, and checkout conversion.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in growth / CRO / e-commerce
• Experience with Shopify, GA4, Klaviyo, VWO/Optimizely, or similar tools
