Role Overview

The FP&A Business Partner provides valuable insights and financial analysis to the lines of business to be used for strategic decision making. Collaborates with the lines of business to drive continuous improvement in reporting, forecasting, planning and financial analysis.

What You Will Do

Prepare annual budgets, operating plans, and routine forecasts in consultation with the lines of business. Develop and maintain tools to assist with driver-based planning. Partner with lines of business to prepare long-term financial forecasts.

Requirements

  • Bachelors: Accounting, Bachelors: Finance, Bachelors (Required)
  • 4 to 6 years’ experience in Finance, Financial Planning & Analysis, or Accounting
  • Advanced Excel Skills
  • Any equivalent combination of experience and education
  • Comprehensive knowledge of financial, accounting, and economic principles
  • Advanced analytical and financial modeling skills
  • Critical thinking and problem solving skills
  • Strong communication, story-telling, and people skills
