Performance Data Analyst (Operations & Policy Analyst 3) – HYBRID

The Performance Data Analyst position supports data systems and measurement efforts for the Quality Assurance and CCO Operations units, planning and implementing operational improvements related to MCO performance monitoring data systems to improve accuracy, completeness, timeliness, and usefulness of data.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Public Administration, Behavioral or Social Sciences, Finance, Political Science or any degree demonstrating the capacity for the knowledge and skills
  • Four years professional-level evaluative, analytical and planning work
  • Experience supporting the development and implementation of policies and programs at the community, state, and/or national level that advance health equity
  • Experience and knowledge evaluating and synthesizing quantitative and qualitative data to analyze and measure the effectiveness, efficiency, and impact of administrative and technical programs within the context of health policy / healthcare services
