Sales Account Manager

Role Overview

The Sales Account Manager will be responsible for the sales and promotion of SDI’s Flat Rolled Products, including regular visits to customers, effective communication of customer needs, and development of new customers within the territory.

What You Will Do

Responsibilities include soliciting orders, discovering customer needs, responding to inquiries, preparing sales forecasts, developing new customers, and improving customer satisfaction through collaboration with various teams.

Requirements

• 4-Year College degree in an applicable discipline
• 2 Years of successful Sales or Customer Service experience
• Proven leadership, verbal & written communications, and presentation skills
