We are looking for an Inside Sales Consultant to join our team. As an Inside Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for acquiring new business customers throughout Germany, mainly from the SME segment, and convincing them of our digital recruiting solutions. You will work performance-oriented, manage your sales pipeline independently, and contribute directly to the company’s success.

Requirements

  • First experience in telephone sales or sales
  • Completed education or degree
  • Excellent communication skills in word and writing, as well as active listening to identify customer needs and advise convincingly
  • Safe handling of MS Office, particularly Outlook and Excel
  • Experience with CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce) is a plus
