As a Senior Account Manager, you will drive revenue growth and market share gain in your portfolio, establishing Hiring-as-a-Service as a long-term solution. You will manage the entire sales process, build your customer portfolio, and maximize Customer Lifetime Value. You will work with a global employer, utilizing AI services to implement tailored solutions for customers’ pain points.
Requirements
- Experience in SaaS or subscription sales, with a background in cold acquisition and strategic account management.
- Ability to analyze recruiting processes and implement AI services as a tailored solution.
- Understanding of MRR, ARR, and Net Retention.
- Strong KI and tech affinity.
- Structured working style with systematic pipeline management.
