Senior People Operations Specialist

As a Senior People Operations Specialist, you will lead and optimise end-to-end People Operations processes to support a high-performing, engaged workforce. You will deliver a consistent, compliant, and people-centred employee experience while driving continuous improvement, digitalisation, and scalable ways of working across the organisation.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a senior People Operations role within a complex, fast-paced, and change-driven environment
• Strong expertise in end-to-end People Operations processes, local employment legislation, and compliance requirements
• High capability in HR systems and digital tools (ideally Workday)
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Highly organised, proactive, and solutions-oriented
