Join our TPM team as a Financial Analyst to manage a portfolio of third-party properties, providing financial oversight, performance analysis, and exceptional client service.
What You Will Do
Prepare and review monthly property financials, analyze financial and operational data, and serve as the primary point of contact for property owners.

Requirements
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field
- 3–4 years of experience in accounting, financial analysis, or financial reporting experience
- Previous client service or customer relationship experience
- Strong analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Exceptional organizational skills with high attention to detail
- Highly motivated team player with collaborative mentality
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to have difficult conversations
- Ability to manage and interpret large data sets and communicate them effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Teams, Word)
- Hands-on experience using AI tools to pull together data from multiple sources and answer complex questions
