Role Overview
The Sales Director is a sales professional responsible for leasing a senior living community. They will manage their sales funnel, create urgency with prospects, and follow a sales process through closing to achieve optimal occupancy and revenue targets.
What You Will Do
Manage occupancy and revenue goals, utilize Salesforce to manage sales funnels, make daily outbound calls to prospective customers, and provide tours of models or vacant apartments.

Requirements
- Previous experience in sales with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals

- Strong leadership skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
