Role Overview
The Sales Manager in Direct Sales will lead a team of up to 10 people in B2B new customer acquisition, accompany customer meetings, and support the team in achieving goals. The role involves conducting regular coaching and feedback conversations, taking ownership of new customer acquisition, and developing key accounts.
What You Will Do
The Sales Manager will be responsible for CRM-based control of sales activities, reporting to relevant interfaces, and communicating with marketing, sales support, and other internal departments. They will also have a company car with a fuel card for private use and access to a service mobile and laptop.
