Strategic Partnerships Manager

OneDome is looking for a Head of Strategic Partnerships to lead our corporate and affinity growth strategy. The successful candidate will have a strong network, a proven track record in B2B sales, and the ability to open doors at pace with senior stakeholders. The role involves owning and delivering our partnerships strategy, opening doors and closing deals, driving adoption and revenue, influencing product and proposition, and tracking and proving success.

Requirements

  • A strong book of relevant contacts—HR decision-makers, wellbeing & benefits leaders, heads of reward, or affinity group directors.
  • Proven experience in selling workplace, SaaS, or financial wellbeing solutions into mid-large corporates.
  • A hunter mindset with the ability to open doors, pitch to senior stakeholders, and close multi-channel commercial partnerships.
  • The ability to blend sales, strategy, and relationship development into long-term commercial success.
  • Strong commercial awareness and experience working in start-up or scale-up environments.
