Role Overview
As a Business Development Manager, you’ll be helping to improve the property industry for everyone by widening the reach of our products and introducing them to estate agents across the UK, in turn making agents more successful and helping them deliver an incredible customer experience. You’ll be working closely with our development teams to provide fresh ideas on product development and ensuring our customers have a best-in-class experience at every opportunity.
What You Will Do
Your main day-to-day responsibilities will include building and managing a pipeline of potential clients, using a consultative sales approach to deliver Street demos that address each client’s specific needs, proactively sourcing and nurturing leads to grow your pipeline and secure new business opportunities, and ensuring a seamless handover to, and close collaboration with, our Customer Success team.

Requirements
- solid experience in SaaS, CRM or an aligned industry
- a track record of B2B sales to decision-makers at all levels
- consistent achievement and exceedance of sales targets through proactive prospecting and closing of deals
- energy and enthusiasm to your work, helping to create a positive and motivating atmosphere during outbound sessions
- reliability and professionalism in all interactions and responsibilities
- goal-orientated and driven by exceeding targets
