Associate Account Manager (m/w/d) für digitales Content Marketing

We are a digital content marketing agency seeking an Associate Account Manager to join our Client Services department. The role involves supporting senior account managers and team leads in operational project management, and developing skills in customer and project business.

Requirements

• Completed degree or comparable training in marketing, communication, media, business or project management
• First experience in project or account management, ideally in agency, marketing or digital environment
• Interest in digital content marketing and basic understanding of digital communication measures
• Structured, independent working style and good organizational talent and prioritization ability
• Communication strength in dealing with customers and internal teams
• Sense of responsibility and interest in financial connections (e.g. budget, expenses, priorities)
• Openness to AI tools and digital working methods
• Safe handling of project management tools (e.g. awork, Asana, Trello) and PowerPoint and Excel
• Very good German and good English knowledge
