We are Ströer, a leading German media house. As a Sales Manager External Sales in New Customer Acquisition, you’ll inspire new customers to be interested in our innovative product portfolio. You’ll identify potential new customers, meet them on site or by phone, and conduct a needs analysis to create an offer and close a contract. You’ll also take care of your customers after the contract is signed and build long-term customer relationships.
Requirements
- Sales experience, particularly in new customer acquisition
- Driver’s license Class B – You’re on the road every day in the field
- Empathy and closing strength – You understand customer needs and convince new customers of your products and services
- Ambition and discipline – You always keep an eye on your KPIs and a ‘no’ can’t discourage you
- Success orientation – Our performance-oriented remuneration motivates you to exceed your goals and celebrate your successes
- Autonomy – Through your hands-on mentality, you structure your sales week independently
- Strong communication skills and negotiation-secure German knowledge in word and writing
