The Communications Manager will develop and implement communications strategies to promote and protect Stryker’s business and reputation, manage crisis communications, and lead digital communications and marketing initiatives.
Requirements
- 10+ years of relevant work experience
- Previous People Management experience
- Excellent storytelling, writing, and presentation skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects while delivering on established timelines
- Ability to be persuasive in the absence of organizational authority
- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint)
- Experience working in regional settings (preferred)
- Experience working in multi-national settings (preferred)
