Revenue Operations & AI Systems Manager

Suger is looking for a Revenue Operations & AI Systems Manager to help run and scale their revenue organization. The role involves building systems to improve revenue operations, forecasting, and decision-making, and requires expertise in AI, revenue strategy, finance, and GTM operations.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience building with AI tools, agents, workflows, GPTs, skills, and automation platforms
• Strong understanding of SaaS metrics including ARR, bookings, pipeline, NRR, GRR, churn, expansion, CAC, payback, and sales efficiency
• Experience in RevOps, strategic finance, FP&A, consulting, business operations, or another highly analytical role
• Comfort working through ambiguous business problems and turning them into working systems
• High agency, low ego, and a builder mindset
