Requirements
- Large experience in HR Operations
- Strong knowledge of Brazilian labor law (CLT) and its application in daily HR operations
- Hands-on experience with HR systems (e.g. Workday, Apdata) and payroll interfaces
- Strong analytical skills, including Excel or Google Sheets for reconciliations, reporting, and controls
- Ability to work with high autonomy, ownership, and attention to detail
- Clear and confident communication skills, able to explain complex topics simply
- Empathy, discretion, and professionalism when handling sensitive employee matters
- Collaborative mindset, comfortable working with multiple stakeholders
- English proficiency to communicate with global teams
