People Operations Manager – Payroll & HR Administration – Yoshi en (m/w/d)

As People Operations Manager, you will take on a pivotal role in shaping and stabilising the HR operations of our growing multi-brand eCommerce group in Germany.

Requirements

• Several years of hands-on experience in HR Operations and Payroll
• Strong knowledge of German labor, tax, and social security law
• Structured, detail-oriented, and self-reliant working style
• Strong service and solution orientation with professional communication skills
• High system affinity (Personio is a plus) and experience collaborating with external payroll providers
• Excellent German language skills and confident communication in English
