Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience in People Operations or People Excellence
• Profound knowledge of employee lifecycle, data-driven HR, People Analytics, and process automation
• Strong hands-on experience with HRIS systems, preferably Personio, including API integrations and system interoperability
• Proven experience in strategic role, particularly in building and refining KPI frameworks, reporting structures, and data models
