Marketing Manager – Flavored Malt Beverage/FMB

Role Overview

The Marketing Manager – Flavored Malt Beverage/FMB will lead local market development for a portfolio of new-to-world Flavored Malt Beverage (FMB) brands, translating national brand priorities into programs that drive commercial growth. This position will be a critical leadership role, strategically building our brands at the local level in a dynamic business unit, Wisconsin.

What You Will Do

Develop local market and field marketing plans, partner with Sales and market leadership, drive local activation and commercialization, enable Sales and distributors, and steward brand investment and business performance.

Requirements

• Commercial Marketing Experience: 5+ years of experience in Commercial Marketing, Field Marketing, Trade Development, Brand Marketing or a related discipline
• Industry Experience: Experience in beverage alcohol, FMB, beer, ready-to-drink, convenience, grocery or another fast-moving, regulated category required
• Local Market Expertise: Culturally curious and deeply connected to the local community
• Grassroots & Entrepreneurial Mindset: Entrepreneurial and highly resourceful
• Local Network & Relationship Building: Demonstrated ability to build and leverage a broad network across bars, hospitality, sports and recreation, events, social clubs, creators, cultural organizations and other local groups
• Marketing & Commercial Acumen: Demonstrated ability to translate brand strategy into locally relevant, compelling programs
• Financial Acumen: Experience managing field Brand Investment, including budgeting, forecasting, tracking and disciplined deployment of resources
• Influence & Collaboration: Strong influence, communication, presentation and organizational skills
• Technology & Business Tools: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Salesforce and SAP
