Financial Analyst-Specialist

Role Overview

Performs financial analysis, modeling, and reporting for the Finance team across one or more functional areas, building and maintaining financial and member data, models, and standard reports.

What You Will Do

Builds and maintains financial models and forecasts, prepares and analyzes management and ALCO reporting, administers the loan analytics platform, and supports regulatory and compliance reporting.

Requirements

• Minimum 2–4 years of relevant experience in accounting, finance, or a related analytical role
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field
• Thorough understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
• Thorough understanding of core finance concepts, including net present value, internal rate of return, and discounted cash flow
• Working knowledge of procedural controls and data-validation techniques
• Advanced spreadsheet skills; experience with data query and management tools, including SQL
