Senior Program Manager FP&A and AI Systems

We’re looking for a Senior Program Manager FP&A and AI Systems to join our Finance team in Dublin, Ireland or Helsinki, Finland. In this role, you will own two critical pillars of our finance function, ensure our ARR and SaaS metrics are accurate and insightful, and drive the automation of processes that free up the finance team to focus on higher-value work.

Requirements

• Professional finance qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
• 6–9 years in revenue operations, finance systems, or FP&A
• Hands-on experience with core tech stack: NetSuite, Salesforce, Abacum, BigQuery, and Looker
• Experience building AI automations using tools like Vertex AI, Gemini, Claude, ChatGPT, n8n, Make, or similar
• Confidence writing SQL for data extraction and transformation
• End-to-end understanding of how data flows — from Salesforce through to a Looker dashboard — and the ability to build solutions that hold up at scale
