Role Overview
The Director, Revenue Ops & Business Intelligence will create greater visibility, forecasting discipline, reporting consistency, and performance insight across the company’s portfolio of professional education brands and product lines. This role will serve as a trusted source of business intelligence for executive leadership, providing clear and actionable insights into revenue performance, forecasting, operating metrics, product-line and brand performance, and strategic initiatives.
What You Will Do
The Director will lead the company’s revenue operations and business intelligence framework, creating consistent visibility into B2C and B2B revenue performance, forecasts, pipelines, funnels, and key commercial drivers. They will develop and govern forecasting methodologies, commercial KPIs, reporting standards, and performance measures that improve accuracy, consistency, and accountability across the organization.

- Ability to establish consistent reporting standards, KPI definitions, data governance practices, and operating processes.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present complex information clearly to executive audiences.
- Ability to influence and collaborate effectively across functions without direct authority.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a remote, evolving business environment.
