Role Overview

We are hiring a Sales Development Representative to serve as the initial point of contact for individuals exploring surrogacy. In this role, you’ll manage early candidate engagement: reviewing applications, assessing eligibility, conducting outreach via phone and text, and coordinating next steps for qualified individuals.

What You Will Do

Daily pipeline reviews (CRM), outbound calling & booking (qualified leads), log outcomes precisely, follow voicemail, responsive comms throughout the day, end-of-day reporting, and weekend sweep.

Benefits

  • $20-$35 per hour
  • $15 bonus per attended intake call
  • Flexible schedule with structured rhythms
  • Part-time: ~3–4 hours/day
  • Core hours: Mon–Fri, 9am–1pm PT
  • Weekends: Flexible, light check-ins
