Requirements
- 2–5+ years of full-cycle sales experience
- Proven multi-channel prospecting skills
- Methodology proficiency using MEDDPICC or a comparable framework
- Sales tech stack expertise using Salesforce, Outreach, Gong, and ZoomInfo
- AI-first mindset and experience adopting AI productivity tools
- Value-based selling skills, including building formal business cases and executing Mutual Action Plans (MAPs)
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment with up to 1 day of in-person collaboration per week
