CFL Data Scientist

Role Overview

The CFL Data Scientist role is responsible for providing reporting and analytical insights across the Customers For Life (CFL) organization, comprising Customer Success, Services, Customer Support, and the Subscription Verification team. This role will drive decision-making and business improvement.

What You Will Do

Owns the core data processes related to business performance, including the design, development, and implementation of reporting solutions, analytical models, and management dashboards. Mines, analyzes, and visualizes relevant data using tools such as Salesforce Analytics and MS PowerBI to identify key trends and inform strategic decision-making.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, or equivalent
• Typically 5+ years experience, ideally in a similar analytical role within the software industry
• Experience with Salesforce Analytics/TableauCRM and/or MS PowerBI
• Exceptional communication skills (e.g., written, verbal, presentation)
• Fluency in English required
• Willingness to work in a shift pattern that includes supporting North American time zones
• Ability to work as a proactive member of a team, as well as independently
• Thorough understanding of and experience in applying business and sales operations practices and process design to a variety of situations
