The MarTech Enablement Analyst will provide strategic oversight and ownership of the organization’s marketing technology ecosystem, ensuring platforms are secure, compliant, scalable, and optimized for growth.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Marketing, Data Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• Minimum of five (5) years of experience in marketing technology enablement, information technology, system administration, platform management, or a related discipline.
• Experience administering enterprise digital platforms, including CRM ecosystems (Salesforce preferred) and Content Management Systems.
• Strong understanding of system architecture, platform governance, security protocols, and compliance requirements.
• Experience mapping user journeys, business processes, and data flows to support organizational objectives.
• Ability to balance business needs with technical constraints while maintaining system integrity.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills.
• Confidence and judgment to challenge requests that may compromise compliance, security, brand standards, or platform stability.
• Strategic mindset with a focus on scalability, operational efficiency, and business outcomes.
