Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Patient Care Liaison / Business Development Professional to drive strategic referral relationships, census growth, and market expansion across our Skilled Nursing Facilities in the Tennessee market.
What You Will Do
Develop and maintain strong referral relationships with hospitals, case management teams, physicians, and community partners, drive skilled nursing facility census growth through targeted business development strategies, and represent the organization at community outreach events.

Requirements
- 3+ years of healthcare business development or liaison experience

- Demonstrated success in new business development and relationship management
- Experience managing strategic referral accounts
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to build trust with clinical teams, hospital partners, and community stakeholders
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within assigned territory
