Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Patient Care Liaison / Business Development Professional to drive strategic referral relationships, census growth, and market expansion across our Skilled Nursing Facilities in the Tennessee market. This role is responsible for cultivating strong partnerships with hospitals, physicians, case managers, payors, and community referral sources while also supporting mentorship and coaching of business development staff to strengthen overall market performance.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of healthcare business development or liaison experience
  • Experience in Skilled Nursing, Post-Acute Care, or Healthcare Services
  • Demonstrated success in new business development and relationship management
  • Experience managing strategic referral accounts
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to build trust with clinical teams, hospital partners, and community stakeholders
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within assigned territory
