The CX Operations Specialist (AI & Automation) is a technical reference for the CX Performance team, combining operational support, automation, and AI to improve agent efficiency.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in Ops, IT support, or a hybrid Tech/Business role
- Good mastery of a ticketing tool (Zendesk, Freshdesk, ServiceNow…)
- Solid technical logic and interest in automation (Make, Zapier, n8n…)
- Understanding of integrations (API, webhooks)
- Autonomy, rigor, and sense of documentation
