Role Overview

We are seeking a Business Development Manager to help us scale and grow our business in the Carolinas. The successful candidate will research prospective accounts, develop meaningful partnerships, and maintain relationships with current clients. The role requires a strong understanding of our products, industry, and competitive landscape.

What You Will Do

The responsibilities of this role include researching prospective accounts, pursuing leads, collaborating with marketing and sales teams, and maintaining customer activity in the CRM platform.

Requirements

  • Minimum of a post-secondary degree
  • 5-8 years of experience in sales, business development, and customer management
  • Experience in relevant industries such as real estate, transportation, or energy
  • Excellent organizational, strategic, planning and implementing skills
  • Strong presentation and verbal communication skills
  • Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Able to work comfortably in a fast-paced environment
  • Understanding of and passion for clean energy and mobility sectors
