Role Overview
Symbrosia is seeking a results-oriented Business Development Representative to drive sales of SeaGraze across the beef sector. As a frontline member of the commercial team, you’ll generate and close leads, engage with producers and feed buyers, and develop high-trust customer relationships.
What You Will Do
Drive top-of-funnel activity by identifying, qualifying, and converting prospective customers in the beef and dairy space. Conduct outbound outreach to initiate conversations and set meetings with decision-makers.

Requirements
- 2–5 years of sales or business development experience, ideally in agriculture, feed, animal health, or sustainability sectors.
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets and close deals.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and confidence speaking with ranchers, feed managers, and supply chain stakeholders.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical benefits clearly.
- Experience with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
- Self-starter mentality with a passion for building new markets and driving real-world change.
- Willingness to travel to customer sites, industry events, and occasional team gatherings (~30% travel expected).
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, startup environment while collaborating across teams.
