• Perform daily monitoring of Data Operations
• Take ownership of ticket lifecycle management
• Design and execute data quality monitoring programmes
• Support the development of data quality frameworks
• Design and execute data quality monitoring programs for weekly, Monthly, Quarterly and Annual reporting
• Collaborate with healthcare providers and IT teams
• Maintain and provide data quality dashboards
