Inside Sales Specialist

Role Overview

Support the Field Sales team with day-to-day commercial activities, manage and develop existing customer accounts, and prepare quotations. Work closely with Product, Pricing, and Operations teams to ensure timely customer responses.

Manage existing customer opportunities, prepare quotations, coordinate commercial follow-ups, and maintain strong customer relationships.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or a related field
• 1–3 years of experience in Freight Forwarding, Logistics or a related industry
• Experience in Inside Sales, Sales Support, Customer Service or Commercial Operations is preferred
• Good command of written and spoken English
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Experience using CRM systems is an advantage
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
