Inside Sales Specialist

Role Overview

We are looking for an Inside Sales Specialist to support our growing Freight Forwarding business in Izmir/Türkiye. The role involves managing existing customer opportunities, preparing quotations, coordinating commercial follow-ups, and maintaining strong customer relationships.

What You Will Do

Support the Field Sales team with day-to-day commercial activities, manage and develop existing customer accounts, prepare and follow up on customer quotations, and maintain accurate CRM records and sales pipeline information.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or a related field
• 1–3 years of experience in Freight Forwarding, Logistics or a related industry
• Experience in Inside Sales, Sales Support, Customer Service or Commercial Operations is preferred
• Good command of written and spoken English
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Experience using CRM systems is an advantage
