We’re seeking a Data Scientist to join our People Analytics & Insights team to uncover insights from workforce data and support strategic talent decisions across the organization.
Requirements
- Analyze large and complex HR datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and opportunities for business impact.
- Build predictive and prescriptive models to support data-informed people strategies.
- Translate business problems into analytical questions and communicate findings in clear, actionable terms to non-technical audiences.
- Partner with HR stakeholders to identify KPIs, define success metrics, and improve people-related decision-making through data.
- Design and implement surveys, experiments, and causal inference models to evaluate the impact of HR programs and initiatives.
- Ensure ethical data use and compliance with privacy and governance standards.
- Stay current on industry best practices in people analytics, data science, and AI/ML in HR.
