As a Field Marketing Manager, you will execute business plans to meet or exceed financial objectives, develop collaborative partnerships with growers/channel, and leverage customer insights to input into the development of a joint business plan.
Requirements
- Proven track record in Sales, Sales & Marketing Management (minimum 3-4 years)
- Experience of managing Campaigns & BTL touchpoints, launch of NPIs with Retailers/growers
- Strong analytical skills to develop insights from Campaign Execution data points/Capability Initiatives
