The Technical Marketing Lead develops and executes technical marketing strategies to enhance the positioning, value proposition, and adoption of Syngenta’s seed and trait products. This role bridges agronomic research, product development, and commercial execution to drive market leadership and technical excellence.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Agronomy, Plant Science, Agricultural Engineering, or related fields.
- 5+ years in technical agronomy, product development, or technical marketing in the seed or crop protection industry.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in field trial data interpretation and scientific communication.
- Knowledge of hybrid corn and rice agronomy, trait technologies, and products stewardship.
- Ability to translate technical insights into impactful commercial messaging.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills to work cross-functionally with marketing, sales, agronomy, and external partners.
